THCa is the non-psychoactive raw acid form found in unheated hemp flower; it converts to Δ9-THC when heated (smoked, vaped, baked). The 2018 Farm Bill regulates Δ9-THC content, not THCa, which is why high-THCa hemp flower is federally legal.

Defective or damaged product is replaced or credited within 14 days of delivery — contact us with photos and your order number. Wrong-product returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, unopened, with a 15% restocking fee.
